Responsibility
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address complaints promptly, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and management teams to maintain seamless service.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage shift schedules, staff assignments, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, equipment, and supplies to uphold quality.
- Assist in inventory management and cost-control initiatives to optimize profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality (restaurants, hotels, or resorts).
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward guest service.
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
- Certification in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous.
