Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Ensure all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
