Responsibility
- Oversee daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, guest bookings, and service coordination.
- Ensure all treatments and therapies meet the resort’s high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate spa staff to maintain exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor inventory of spa products and equipment, ensuring timely restocking and maintenance.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional offers and loyalty programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil spa environment in line with hygiene and safety protocols.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a spa or wellness setting.
- Certification in massage therapy, aromatherapy, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
- Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of spa management software and basic administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
