Responsibility
- Welcoming guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Taking and accurately processing food and beverage orders while providing recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Delivering meals and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
- Anticipating guest needs, addressing inquiries, and resolving any service-related issues with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service during peak hours.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment, including setting tables and resetting stations.
- Handling payments, processing transactions, and managing cash or digital payments with accuracy.
- Upholding food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Participating in pre-shift meetings, training sessions, and team briefings to stay informed about menu changes, promotions, and service protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting (experience in Bali or international venues is a plus).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, Japanese) is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and move efficiently in a busy restaurant setting.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the role.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic hospitality environment.
