Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or special requests with efficiency and tact.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely order delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area, including table settings, utensils, and glassware.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant or luxury hospitality setting.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance at all times.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
