Responsibility
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high levels of service, professionalism, and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency to meet guest expectations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, assignments, and shift coverage to optimize productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, kitchens, and storage to maintain cleanliness and compliance with health/safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies, placing orders, and minimizing waste.
- Support training programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory control, and service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations in Indonesia.
