Responsibility
- Conduct land surveys and topographical assessments to support construction projects.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings using advanced surveying tools and software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate site measurements and layouts.
- Monitor and verify construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Perform boundary surveys and legal land descriptions as required for project documentation.
- Utilize GPS, GIS, and other surveying technologies to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior surveying staff.
- Ensure all surveying activities adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in construction projects.
- Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and legal requirements.
