Responsibility

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, optimizing space and accessibility for efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Issue materials and products to internal departments or external parties in accordance with established procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems, including digital records and barcode scanning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in all warehouse activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and provide insights for process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Clerk, or similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software, ERP systems, or warehouse management tools.
