Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, optimizing space and accessibility for efficient operations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Issue materials and products to internal departments or external parties in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems, including digital records and barcode scanning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in all warehouse activities.
- Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and provide insights for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Clerk, or similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software, ERP systems, or warehouse management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle inventory items as required.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
