Responsibility
- Provide exceptional, friendly, and efficient table service to guests in a high-volume dining environment.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
- Present and describe menu items, including daily specials, with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- Ensure tables are set up, cleaned, and reset promptly to maintain a seamless dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital transactions.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, and premium offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in training new staff members and provide mentorship to junior servers as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Server or Waitstaff in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates as needed.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
