Responsibility
- Warmly greet and seat guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, including coffee specialties and food pairings
- Accurately take and process orders using our POS system while maintaining attention to detail
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, floors, and service stations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and diplomacy, escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment
- Assist with opening/closing duties and basic inventory management as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within cafes, restaurants, or hotels
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Basic knowledge of coffee and food service standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays/equipment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (for foreign applicants)
