Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, property developers, architects, and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management for performance tracking and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sanitary, bathroom, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Bali market, including hospitality, real estate, and construction sectors, is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to use personal transportation for client visits.
