Responsibility
- Perform high-quality repairs on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and software troubleshooting.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues accurately and efficiently to provide timely solutions to customers.
- Assist customers with device upgrades, accessories, and new product purchases to meet sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked repair and sales workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes, pricing, and product features clearly and professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends, repair techniques, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in phone repair, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and software troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of mobile devices, including iOS and Android platforms.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Sales experience is a plus, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Basic computer skills for managing inventory, sales records, and customer data.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a plus.
