Responsibility

  • Perform high-quality repairs on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and software troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues accurately and efficiently to provide timely solutions to customers.
  • Assist customers with device upgrades, accessories, and new product purchases to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked repair and sales workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes, pricing, and product features clearly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends, repair techniques, and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
