Responsibility
- Assist Associates and Partners in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and client advisory.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and external parties to gather information and facilitate smooth legal proceedings.
- Prepare and file legal documents with government agencies, courts, and other relevant institutions.
- Assist in the preparation of legal opinions, memoranda, and correspondence under the supervision of attorneys.
- Monitor deadlines for filings, responses, and other time-sensitive legal tasks.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; a Paralegal certificate is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal systems, procedures, and terminology.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
