Responsibility
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide legal support in dispute resolution, including mediation and litigation processes.
- Manage document control systems to ensure accurate and secure storage of legal records.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and government agencies as required.
- Monitor and advise on regulatory changes affecting the company’s operations.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.
- Support internal teams with legal guidance on day-to-day operational matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification; admission to the bar is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate or contract law.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in legal research and document drafting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
