Responsibility
- Assist senior lawyers in legal research, case analysis, and document preparation.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
- Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice under supervision.
- Support case management by organizing evidence, preparing briefs, and coordinating with courts.
- Stay updated on legal developments and regulatory changes relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless legal service delivery.
- Attend court hearings and client meetings as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all legal matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; admission to the bar is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in a law firm or legal department.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with corporate law, litigation, or other relevant legal fields.
