Responsibility

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to real estate agents and brokerages in the US market
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
  • Present CiviCom’s services persuasively, addressing client needs and objections
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer pain points to inform business strategy
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or closing roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
