Responsibility
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to real estate agents and brokerages in the US market
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
- Present CiviCom’s services persuasively, addressing client needs and objections
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer pain points to inform business strategy
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or closing roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
