Responsibility
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor clinic procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Perform patient registration, appointment scheduling, and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Provide patient education and counseling on various women's health topics, pre- and post-procedure care.
- Manage and maintain accurate patient medical records, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
- Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as per doctor's orders and clinical protocols (if qualified).
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, sterilise instruments, and ensure proper stock management of medical supplies.
- Handle patient inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive patient experience from arrival to departure.
- Assist with basic administrative duties, including billing and payment processing, to support smooth clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing; current registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) preferred for O&G Nurse role.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience, with a strong preference for experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient service skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Proficiency in using clinic management software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic clinic environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A genuine passion for women's health and a commitment to delivering 5-star patient care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
