Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport goods between storage areas, trucks, and production lines.
- Inspect forklifts before shifts to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
- Follow warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including labeling, stacking, and rotating stock.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Adhere to company policies and local regulations for equipment operation.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on forklifts (e.g., refueling, battery charging).
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Strong spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with supervisors and colleagues.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (AM/PM) as needed.
