Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement efficient production planning strategies to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor workflows and ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on warehouse performance, including KPIs and operational metrics.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Proficient in production planning, inventory management, and warehouse software (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
