Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation in alignment with industry regulations.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, or deviations and initiate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and reduce waste while maintaining quality.
- Perform statistical analysis and generate reports on quality metrics for management review.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control protocols and best practices.
- Monitor and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other quality management systems.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM) and software (e.g., SAP, Minitab).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
