Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, festivals, and private celebrations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to secure venues, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other event essentials while negotiating contracts and managing budgets.
- Develop detailed event timelines, run sheets, and contingency plans to ensure flawless execution and mitigate risks.
- Lead on-site event operations, including setup, coordination of staff, and troubleshooting to deliver seamless experiences for clients and attendees.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management to drive innovation and creativity.
- Manage event marketing and promotional activities, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and collaborations with influencers or media partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successfully planning and executing events of varying scales and complexities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, design, and aesthetics to create visually appealing and engaging events.
- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations to maximize ROI for clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Fluency in English is a must; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
