Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Execute a full range of general and cosmetic dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and teeth whitening.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to promote long-term dental health.
- Utilize digital radiography, intraoral scanners, and CAD/CAM technology to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and specialists to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
- Maintain detailed and compliant patient records in accordance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development and training.
- Uphold sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols to ensure a clean and secure clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry; experience in cosmetic or restorative dentistry is a plus.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, empathetic approach.
- Familiarity with digital dental tools (e.g., CBCT, laser dentistry) and practice management software.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
