Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute the timely pickup and delivery of data assets (e.g., reports, backups, or physical media) between clients, vendors, and internal teams across Bali.
- Ensure the secure handling and confidentiality of sensitive data during transit, adhering to company and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all data transfers, including timestamps, recipient details, and delivery confirmations.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data logistics, such as delays or discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth data delivery experience.
- Monitor and report on data transfer performance, suggesting improvements to optimize efficiency and reliability.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of data-related equipment or materials for events, meetings, or operational needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety protocols and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR or local data privacy laws).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, data handling, or a similar role within the hospitality, tourism, or IT sectors.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Basic understanding of data security principles and best practices for handling confidential information.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography, particularly Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Valid driver’s license (motorcycle or car) and access to reliable transportation for data deliveries.
