Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to standardized recipes and special orders.
  • Ensure all food items are stored, handled, and prepared in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to avoid shortages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
  • Adapt recipes and presentations based on customer feedback and seasonal ingredients.
  • Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
  • Follow portion control and waste reduction guidelines to optimize costs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or similar establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
