Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with consistency and flair, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks based on preferences, upsell premium offerings, and ensure a personalized experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, including inventory management, restocking supplies, and adhering to hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to develop seasonal drink menus and special promotions.
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately, ensuring all sales are recorded and balanced.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible service in compliance with local regulations.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new trends, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints professionally and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a high-volume bar, hotel, or resort (minimum 2 years preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beer, with a passion for mixology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is advantageous.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment with new flavors and presentations.
