Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and precise transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and verify financial data for discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local and international standards.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking to support financial planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate tax filings and remittances.
- Implement and maintain efficient bookkeeping systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines and/or Indonesia.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
