Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general accounts.
- Process and reconcile daily transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, track income and expenditures, and ensure timely bank reconciliations.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support business planning.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with Indonesian financial laws.
- Generate financial reports for management review, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local Indonesian systems).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
