Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and special orders.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a memorable bar experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Stay updated on the latest mixology trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Upsell premium beverages and promote specials to enhance revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, hotel, or restaurant (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer/wine pairings, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (e.g., kegs, cases).
- Creative mindset with a passion for mixology and customer service.
- Familiarity with Indonesian liquor laws and local preferences is advantageous.
