Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Replace used linens, towels, and amenities while ensuring rooms are fully stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Assist guests with requests, such as extra towels or room service coordination.
- Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning quotas while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations.
- Uphold the hotel’s brand standards and guest satisfaction policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are a plus.
