Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and creativity.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend personalized drink options.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment and ingredients are readily available.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to prevent shortages.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative drink menus seasonally.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
