Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and enhancing their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies, ensuring all ingredients and equipment are readily available.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay updated on the latest mixology trends and introduce creative cocktail ideas.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and comply with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
