Responsibility

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies, including liquor, garnishes, and glassware.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques to enhance the bar's offerings.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, resolving any guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage pairing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy shifts and events.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and bar equipment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) is a plus.
