Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies, including liquor, garnishes, and glassware.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques to enhance the bar's offerings.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, resolving any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy shifts and events.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and bar equipment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) is a plus.
