Responsibility
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Create and suggest new cocktail recipes to enhance the resort's beverage menu
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of food and beverage pairing
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred)
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
