Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Welcome guests warmly, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations based on their tastes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are in pristine condition.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene responsibly when necessary to ensure safety and compliance with local laws.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours and special events.
- Develop and update the bar menu with seasonal and innovative cocktail offerings.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of all sales.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism in all aspects of bar operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, hotel, or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is highly desirable.
- A creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
