As the Quality Control & HSE Manager, you will lead comprehensive quality inspections, enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and drive continuous improvements to enhance guest experiences. Your expertise in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance will ensure a secure and sustainable environment for both guests and staff.

Responsibility
- Conduct regular quality inspections across all properties to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs to maintain consistency in service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Oversee HSE compliance, including risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvements in service quality.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present reports on quality and safety performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, HSE management, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, quality assurance methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results.
- Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 9001, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
