Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend personalized drink options.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours.
- Develop and introduce new cocktail menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and local flavors.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, including responsible alcohol service and compliance with local regulations.
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately, providing itemized receipts to guests.
- Train and mentor junior staff, sharing best practices in mixology and customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bartender in reputable bars, restaurants, or luxury hotels.
- Proven expertise in crafting classic and contemporary cocktails, with a strong understanding of spirits, wines, and beers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks under pressure.
- Creative mindset with a passion for mixology and staying updated on industry trends.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in drink presentation and consistency.
