Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Restock and replenish room amenities, linens, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and convenience.
- Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and compliance with resort standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services, such as extra towels, pillows, or room refreshes.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor or engineering team.
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices and use approved chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including VIP and special requests.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols to create a secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field (fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg), and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and a guest-first mindset.
- Basic English proficiency; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
