As part of our team, you’ll receive a competitive base salary of IDR 3,000,000 to IDR 3,700,000 per month, with additional allowances and tax benefits covered by the company. Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations based on menu knowledge.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to hygiene and presentation standards.
- Monitor guest needs and respond to requests efficiently to enhance dining satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely order delivery.
- Handle payments and process transactions using POS systems accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in restaurants or hotels is beneficial but not required.
