Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Maintain bar inventory, including stocking supplies, tracking usage, and ordering replenishments as needed.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards for all bar equipment, glassware, and workstations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours.
- Monitor guest consumption and intervene responsibly to prevent over-service of alcohol.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail techniques, and local ingredients to enhance menu offerings.
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately, providing itemized receipts upon request.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, hotel, or restaurant (minimum 2 years preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beer, with a passion for mixology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is advantageous.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment with new drink concepts.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (e.g., kegs, cases).
