Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests to ensure a personalized and memorable experience, offering recommendations based on their tastes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to deliver cohesive and efficient service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and emerging cocktail recipes.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume or luxury establishment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
