Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages tailored to guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Curate and recommend wine, beer, and spirit pairings to complement French & Italian dishes.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Engage with guests to understand their tastes and provide personalized drink suggestions with a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist in managing bar operations efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest mixology trends, techniques, and premium ingredients to enhance the beverage menu.
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately while providing itemized receipts upon request.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Bartender in a fine dining, upscale bar, or hotel environment.
- In-depth knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine varieties, and spirits.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle high-volume periods without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with bar tools, equipment, and POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square, or similar).
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Italian, Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Creative mindset with a passion for mixology and a willingness to experiment with new flavors.
