Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality Tealive beverages, including bubble teas, coffees, and specialty drinks, with precision and creativity.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control across all menu items to uphold Tealive’s brand standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Operate and troubleshoot café equipment, including espresso machines, blenders, and POS systems.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist with opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile daily sales with accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within a café, coffee shop, or quick-service restaurant.
- Proven ability to prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and blended drinks, with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices; certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a bonus.
