Responsibility
- Prepare and serve Tealive’s signature tea, coffee, and beverage menu with consistency and attention to detail.
- Engage with customers warmly, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and serving areas.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage daily sales reports accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the management team.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, promotions, and brewing techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role (fresh graduates with passion are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of tea and coffee preparation (training provided).
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellence.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
