Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of Tealive beverages according to brand standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Upsell menu items and promote ongoing promotions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
