Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including bubble tea, coffee, and other specialty drinks.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and serving areas.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Promote Tealive’s products and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and equipment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Tealive’s standards and procedures.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
