Responsibility
- Oversee daily café operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and service staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in alignment with local regulations.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to maintain seamless service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment that reflects our brand standards.
- Collaborate with management to optimize workflows, staffing schedules, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Knowledge of café operations, including coffee preparation, POS systems, and inventory control.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS software) and familiarity with digital tools.
- Certification in food safety or barista training is an advantage.
