Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality Tealive beverages, including bubble teas, specialty coffees, and fruit teas, following brand standards and recipes
- Operate and maintain barista equipment, including espresso machines, blenders, and tea brewing systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, and report any shortages or issues to the store manager
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
- Assist in training new team members on beverage preparation, customer service, and store procedures
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within a café, tea house, or coffee shop
- Strong knowledge of tea and coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and operating a POS system
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
