Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages according to Tealive's standards
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge
- Contribute to creating a positive and energetic work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a high-volume café or specialty beverage shop
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and tea preparation techniques
- Basic understanding of espresso machine operation and maintenance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus
