Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality Tealive beverages, including bubble tea, coffee, and specialty drinks, with consistency and attention to detail.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and workspace to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage customer orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.
- Follow Tealive’s recipes and presentation guidelines to deliver products that meet brand standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting shortages.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new products and promotions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for coffee, tea, and customer service, with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg (e.g., supplies, equipment).
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality scene or experience working in tourist-heavy locations is advantageous.
