Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality protein beverages, specialty coffee, and café snacks according to brand standards.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other café equipment with precision and care.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café workspace, including equipment, counters, and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and report shortages to management.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems.
- Assist in training new baristas and café staff on beverage preparation and customer service protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including new protein blends, coffee brewing techniques, and health-conscious menu options.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of barista experience, preferably in a café or health-focused beverage environment.
- Proficient in operating espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, milk frothing, and latte art.
- Familiarity with protein powders, superfood blends, and health-conscious beverage preparation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by café operations.
